Heidi Noel is a classic Christmas dress that can be enjoyed and worn all season long.

*The dress is constructed of beautiful plaid with contrasting thin wale corduroy on the collar and ruffle along the hem line.  

*Sweet black lace adorns the bodice and edge of the adorable puffed sleeves

*The waistband has elastic for a comfortable fit and the back of the dress buttons up with wooden buttons

*Dress also includes a pair of corduroy bloomers in black.  

*Skirt has 2 layers of tulle underneath for a little bit of poof and also a liner for comfort. 

*Please allow up to 8 weeks for dress to arrive.
